The contents of two happy mail days this week:
The Lucy Variations by Sara Zarr
This Is What Happy Looks Like by Jennifer E. Smith
Game by Barry Lyga
When You Were Here by Daisy Whitney
Thousand Words by Jennifer Brown
Nowhere But Home by Liza Palmer
I’m particularly looking forward to reading the top three, but I’ll try to wait until I catch up on some January and February releases.
What about you – did any of your anticipated reads arrive this week?

*FREAKS THE HELL OUT* YOU HAVE BARRY LYGA’S GAME!!!
What would you like? My house? My clothes? My spleen? My unborn child? Lemme know so we can talk. *nudges*
Just kidding….sort of
Enjoy your awesome pile of books, Holly!
Lol, Sandy! Easy girl, easy girl. Maybe we can talk after I read it.
OOOOOH, I didn’t know that Jennifer Smith had another book. Cool! I hope you enjoy them all!
I know, right? And I’ve heard good things. I hope I can get to it soon.
The Lucy Variations!!! Lucky you!
I know! I am. I’m very anxious to read it.
So excited to see there is a new Sara Zarr. I don’t think I have ever been disappointed by her!
What’s your favorite of hers? I’ve read Sweethearts and How to Save a Life, but have been meaning to pick up one of her earlier titles.
I really want to try something by Daisy Whitney, her contemps sound like the sort that I would enjoy. Also very excited for Game! I was so happy that Lyga got a series deal for these books.
I know – I’ve been wanting to try her as well. It was great meeting Lyga last year.
That’s a pretty good pile of books! I want to read The Lucy Variations, This is What Happy Looks Like and Nowhere But Home. Looking forward to hearing what you think of all of these.
Me too! I have no idea when I’ll get to them. I’m drowning in books at the moment.
