Things have been quiet around here lately because I’ve had a lot going on this past month but tonight I had a minute to post about the books I’ve acquired over the last little while:

I kind of feel like our readalongs are similar to reading books in a book club.
The readalongs are actually more fun at times.
Unbroken! I had to read that a while ago for a class I was taking. It’s an intense, bittersweet story.

If I remember correctly, it took me about a week to finish it…mostly because all the crap that happens to the MC is devastating. But Laura Hillenbrand’s writing style is very fluid so I doubt you’ll have trouble reading it all in less than a day or two.

Oooh, I’m excited to hear what you think of Hounded. Also, I hope you and your book club enjoys I Hunt Killers. I thought it was great! Far less creepy and more character driven than expected.
You’ve read Hounded? I must find your review then if one exists. Really – less creepy than expected? That entire sentence is music to my ears. I was a little concerned.
