In My Mailbox is a meme hosted by Kristi of The Story Siren and was inspired by Alea of Pop Culture Junkie. This meme is about books that you received or bought during the week.
The cool contents of my mailbox over the past few weeks:
Whiskey Road by Karen Siplin (purchased)
Marcelo In The Real World and Irises
by Francisco X. Stork (from the author)
Mouse Mess by Linnea Riley (you know, for the boy)
What about you?

Wow! Two signed books from Francesco X. Stork?! How cool is that?
I listened to Marcelo and he was great as a character but it was so hard to listen to his conversations at the law firm. (It reminds me of why I hated law school so much) I think reading the book might’ve been a better choice for me. I definitely want to read Irises soon, though.
Thanks for the peak into your mailbox, Holly!
Yep, pretty cool.
Oh, that’s understandable. I hope I get to it soon as well.
Kind of jealous of your signed books from Francisco X. Stork. I loved Irises a lot.
Oh really? *off to read your review*
Irises looks really intriguing. I’m looking forward to your review of it. And isn’t the cover of Marcello… beautiful? Have fun reading, lady!
Yes, both covers are beautiful, especially Marcelo. Thanks for stopping by!
Haha love the Mouse Mess! It’s funny that we both got Whiskey Road recently. I’m planning to do an IMM post soon, just need to take a picture of the latest package that I received. I haven’t read any of Francisco X. Stork’s books but it’s always fun to receive personalized signed copies of books. He seems like a great guy if he sent you those copies.
Haha, thanks.
I know! Angie was telling me how nice Karen Siplin is (she met her at BEA), so I decided to look into getting a copy. Then I saw that there were a few new copies at Amazon for only $2.50, so I snatched one up right away. Such a great deal. I’m excited to see what you think. We could always do a read along, you know?
Oooh you got your copy for a steal, congrats! I wouldn’t say no to a read along.
I always have fun doing that.
Hmm, maybe we can schedule something.
Those signed copies of Francisco X. Stork’s books have me green with envy!
I hope you love them, Holly!
Ditto.
