Despite my efforts not to take too much on, the holidays are keeping me busier than I’d like so I apologize if I’m not around a lot. I had to take a quick moment to post about my Book Geeks Gift Exchange gift and my Book Blogger Holiday Swap gift though, both of which I very happily retrieved from my front step yesterday. The gift from my Holiday Swap Santa:
The Urban Fantasy Anthology edited by Peter S. Beagle and Joe R. Lansdale
Fire Bringer by David Clement-Davies
Clip-on ribbon bookmark (Another one to add to my small but growing collection!)
Postcards of Boston
The anthology looks really fun and I’ve never read an anthropomorphic fantasy, so thank you Amanda of Opinions of a Wolf! What a thoughtful gift.
Blackbringer by Laini Taylor
Three Wishes by Liane Moriarty
E-clips emoticon magnetic bookmarks
Thank you Shara from Calico Reaction! I still can’t believe that a second package of goodies is coming. How generous. It’s so wonderful to receive books from your wishlist AND fun bookmarks not too mention two packages!
Stay tuned for a second post on the contents of the final package. In the meantime here’s hoping my santees like their gifts.

What a coincidence, I just posted about my Holiday Swap package as well. I love that you got Blackbringer and Three Wishes! Can’t wait to see what you think of both.
And so exciting that you’re going to get a second package.
I know! Can’t wait.
I love that Amanda wrapped each gift individually. I also really like that ribbon bookmark! And I have been wondering about THREE WISHES. Would love to see your thoughts when you read it! Awesome gifts.
I know! So fun to unwrap them like gifts received IRL.
Yay!! You’re my first swap recipient to ever do a post about it! I’m super-excited.
I’m so glad the gifts arrived safely, and again apologize that I couldn’t find any wishlist books. I do hope you enjoy your first venture into anthropomorphic fantasy though!
I’ve read Dreamdark: Blackbringer, and it’s a real fun read. Fairies with kick.
Oh, I’m glad! No prob. I sort of intentionally put books on the list that may be hard to find – that’s why they were on my wishlist.
I keep kicking myself because I was too late in signing up for any swaps this year! Looks like you got some awesome stuff tho!!
What fantastic gifts! I love those clips!
