Book Art: The Ultimate TBR Chair Part II

So the same day I came across the Bibliochaise and Bibliopouf I also stumbled upon their somewhat less comfortable looking yet more functional cousin, the Bookinist:

Designed as a pushcart, it can be rolled to your favorite spot and comes equipped with a reading lamp, bookshelves to fit up to 80 paperbacks, a drink holder, and even a special compartment for taking notes (all items included):

I haven’t been able to find a retailer but it comes in red, white, or black birch plywood with a felt-lined seat and back. The dimensions are on the designer Nils Holger Moormann’s website – maybe someone wants to have a go at replicating it? I think I prefer the Bibliochaise (or couch as Chachic suggested) though extras aside:

It’s just prettier, and holds a lot more books. Which one is your favorite?

Oh wow, that chair looks really uncomfortable. LOL. I don’t think I’ll be able to get much reading that on it. It’s funny that it comes with all the extras (and the notebook is a Moleskine too).

I can actually see myself using the Bookinist. Or trying to, anyway. I rather like the extras with the note compartment. I’m tired of losing my highlighters and Look This Up list in the couch cushions.

I know, it does look pretty useful, especially if you’re doing task-related stuff rather than just pleasure reading. Lol I always lose my pen while sitting on the couch only to find that I’ve sat on it. :)
