Just as Creel’s life as a successful dress shop owner has gotten back to normal, she is called in by the King for consulting on the recent dragon sightings in the neighboring kingdom. Little does she know what kind of adventure her expertise will take her on as she tries to solve the mystery while protecting her new friends and the rest of their kind.
Since Dragon Slippers ended with a mini-cliffhanger, I was eager to start this one, and I was not disappointed. There was more action this time around, but with the same great chemistry between the group of friends (Luka, Marta, etc.) as well as the great camaraderie with the dragons and a dose of romance and fashion for good measure. And it was especially great to be pleasantly surprised by the ending (just when I thought it would end predictably).
